Glen is an independant technical trainer and consultant who specializes in Microsoft technologies and network security analysis. Glen's focus is to provide technical training in a fashion that allows students to not only understand what they need to know, but also how to perform a specific job task.  Glen is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, delivering certified courses in the MCSE, MCSD, and MCDBA certification tracks. Glen is well known for his programming and network security courses, teaching IT professionals about security awareness and network defense.

Glen's well-respected delivery methods are found not only in his instructor led courses but also in the number of books that he has worked on. Glen's most recent published work was to design and author "A+ Certification All-In-One For Dummies, 2nd Edition" , which was published by Wiley in October of 2009. Glen is also author of the "Network+ Certification Study Guide, 4th Edition" and as coauthored and technical editted a number of certification titles that have been published from both Wiley and McGraw-Hill.
